The purpose of this course is to deliver an comprehensive analisys of the legal aspects of globalisation. After a short introduction related to economical, historical and political aspects of globalisation ;  legal mechanisms used for developping globalisation are analyzed. Finally the course will focused on topical issues related to globalisation, such as the question of sovereignty, the resurgent unilateralism, the impact of a major health crisis like the coronavirus...
