Digital competences are essential for life in contemporary society. They are a prerequisite for study, civic activism, access to work or culture, for secure communication through the Internet, etc. The course tries to describe these competencies (according to the European Reference Framework) and offer them both a theoretical and a mostly practical perspective. The course aims to develop the ability of every individual with digital competences to practically handle, but also to think about them critically.
