Description

This course examines the psychological foundations of group behavior and negotiation processes within organizational settings, combining theoretical frameworks with the development of applied skills. Drawing on both classical and contemporary perspectives in group dynamics, it explores how groups are formed, how roles and norms emerge, and how collective processes such as potency, cohesion, influence, and decision-making evolve over time. Particular attention is given to the ways in which groups handle disagreement, regulate conflict, and maintain effectiveness in complex work environments.
